Our focus on regenerative human-centred communities that thoughtfully integrate art, design, technology, nature, education, organic food systems and lowers costs of living, is designed for communities that are healthier, more connected, more resilient, and better prepared for the future.
After experiencing firsthand the impacts of floods, wildfires, extreme weather, and the financial hardship that often follows major life disruptions, our founder came to understand a profound truth: resilience is not something we should only think about after a crisis—it should be intentionally designed into the places we call home.
We cannot predict every challenge that households will face. But we can build communities that prepare people for them.
Resilience can be the difference between being destroyed by a difficult situation, or having the strength, support and opportunity to move through it.
As developers, we believe our responsibility extends far beyond constructing buildings. For too long, multifamily developments have been measured primarily in dollars per square foot.
We believe they should also be measured by the lives they improve.
