Financial literacy is one of the most foundational tools for household resilience, yet it is rarely taught in school and is often something families learn through experience, or inherit from parents who already have that knowledge.
We believe access to these tools should not depend on family background. Through our partnership with Enriched Academy, Living Codex residents can participate in financial literacy training.
For residents participating in Habitat for Humanity's AHOP program, mandatory financial literacy education is provided directly through Habitat.
By giving residents practical knowledge and confidence around budgeting, saving, credit, investing and long-term financial planning, we can help empower households to make stronger financial decisions and build a more resilient future for themselves and their families.
