Eden | Vernon, BC

Eden is the flagship Living Codex community—a 72-unit multifamily development in Vernon, BC, showcasing a new approach to community design. 62 affordable rental units with 10 units dedicated for Habitat for Humanity as part of their affordable homeownership program - to lift those who are ready into homeownership. With a a focus on household resilience, Eden demonstrates how thoughtful planning can improve affordability, wellbeing, and long-term community outcomes.​
